Updating your marketing preferences

If you want to change your marketing preferences, this can be done quickly through your MPowered account.  

1. Login to your MPowered account
2. Go to ‘MyMPowered’ in the main menu and select ‘Settings’ 
3. Choose how you'd like to hear from us by selecting or deselecting the tick boxes. You can choose to switch on or off marketing messages for email, text or post
4. Submit your preferences. Please note it can take up to 30 days for the changes to take effect
