We require all mortgages to be paid via Direct Debit from a UK Bank Account.
Once we have received the bank account details, we will verify the account as a UK bank account and confirm that the customer(s) are the owners of the account. If we are unable to verify the bank account, then a request will be made for a copy of the customers bank statement.
