We know how important clarity of criteria is and that’s why we’re introducing CriteriaGPT. A mortgage intelligence assistant that can instantly answer questions like “what’s your maximum LTV” and “do you accept gifted deposits from children?”
Developed by our in-house Data Science team, CriteriaGPT is the latest development to our onsite chatbot and our first Beta! CriteriaGPT builds on cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), one of which is ChatGPT, to help instantly resolve complex criteria questions on our lending policy.
Get started
Once you've joined our Beta Programme, you'll be automatically enrolled to trial CriteriaGPT. Simply head to our website and launch the live chat in the bottom right hand corner of your display.
Once there, you'll be asked some initial questions. If you haven't used the chat before, you'll just need to give us your email address.
Then, go ahead and ask your burning residential criteria questions. You'll be given the option to ask more questions, provide valuable feedback or speak to a friendly human over at Broker Support.
Remember some responses may be inaccurate - and that's why we're testing. If you're ever unsure of a response, please contact our expert Broker Support team.
Speak like a human, finally.
We know how frustrating support bots can be, rest assured our CriteriaGPT is different, you can type your prompt in the same way you'd speak to a human and receive a more relevant response.
You can even have some fun with it, ask our CriteriaGPT to respond in poetry, rap or Ye Olde English. We'd love to see what you come up with! 😋

Your questions and feedback will be reviewed by our Data Science team and help to improve our models.
