We can accept a Spousal dependent visa subject to applying jointly with spouse that has right to work and reside in the UK, e.g UK/Irish National, Tier 2/High Skilled Visa, Settle Staus, European Settlement Scheme, alternative acceptable proof of right to reside etc...
We will need to see:
- Copy of marriage certificate, showing customer is married to other customer on the application, or
- Bio-residence Permit showing that the customer has right to reside in the UK
