act for us, MPowered Mortgages.
When selecting separate representation, you should make applicants aware that:
• they're liable for both sets of solicitor fees, disbursements, VAT etc.
• we’ll determine what firm will act for us, the Lender
• two sets of solicitors may increase the time it takes for the legal work to be completed
