Solar panels

We accept properties with solar panels fitted to the walls or the roof.

Where the panels are leased, we will need:

  • the solicitor to approve the lease as a condition on the offer
  • the lease to contain an appropriate clause allowing a mortgagee to terminate the lease at no cost in a reasonable time frame
