We accept most legal loan purposes, including purchase, remortgage, and remortgage with capital raising.
We are unable to accept:
- purchasing or capital raising for a timeshare
- speculative investments such as crypto currency, currency speculation, stocks and shares
- investments in or the purchase of a property from a Property Investment Club (PIC)
- payments of Inland Revenue tax bills
- payments of gambling debts
- purchases or remortgages of shared ownership property unless it is to take ownership up to 100%
- raising funds for injection into a business
- sale and leaseback properties
