Purpose of the loan

We accept most legal loan purposes, including purchase, remortgage, and remortgage with capital raising.

We are unable to accept:

purchasing or capital raising for a timeshare
speculative investments such as crypto currency, currency speculation, stocks and shares
investments in or the purchase of a property from a Property Investment Club (PIC)
payments of Inland Revenue tax bills
payments of gambling debts
purchases or remortgages of shared ownership property unless it is to take ownership up to 100%
raising funds for injection into a business
sale and leaseback properties
