Purpose of the loan

We accept most legal loan purposes, including purchase, remortgage, and remortgage with capital raising.

We are unable to accept:

  • purchasing or capital raising for a timeshare
  • speculative investments such as crypto currency, currency speculation, stocks and shares
  • investments in or the purchase of a property from a Property Investment Club (PIC)
  • payments of Inland Revenue tax bills
  • payments of gambling debts
  • purchases or remortgages of shared ownership property unless it is to take ownership up to 100%
  • raising funds for injection into a business
  • sale and leaseback properties
