We will attempt to verify the customer’s address electronically using voters roll and bureau data. Should we be unable to locate them, we require proof of the current address, and any other address(es) the customers have resided at in the preceding 6 months. ID can be in the form of:
- UK credit card statement dated within the last 3 months
- HMRC tax notification for the current year
- Council tax bill for the current year
- Utility bill dated within the last 3 months
- Mortgage statement dated within the last year
- Insurance Statements dated within the last year
- Other regulated financial entity statement dated within the last year e.g. pension statement
- Current UK or EEA photocard driving licence
Please note, the same ID cannot be used for proof of identification (if required)
