We're able to lend on new builds subject to eligibility
We define a new build property as:
- A property that was built, converted or completely renovated in the last 12 months
- A property that is being sold by a builder or developer
- A property being purchased or occupied for the first time in its current form
All new build properties must have an appropriate warranty or PCC. We accept new build warranties from the following providers:

A builder's incentive of up to 5% is acceptable with the completion of an incentives form.
Where there is an NBW in place, we may not require the property to be re-inspected, subject to the conveyancer confirming the particulars of the NBW match the details of security provided on the application.
