For these to be used as income we will require 3 months of bank statements showing receipt of maintenance income, or the CSA/Child Maintenance Service Arrangement, or a copy of the Court Order.
Consideration will also be given to the age of the children when looking at the longevity of future income.
Dependents for which the maintenance is received must be under 13, and income can only be taken into account until age 18.
