      High-rise flats

      We're able to lend on high-rise flats subject to restrictions

      • We'll require flats with 5 or more floors to have a lift
         
      • We'll need an EWS1 certificate (also known as an external fire wall review) for flats 18 metres or over in height
      • We'll only lend on flats with an A1, A2 or B1 rating
         
      • The construction type must be:
        • Purpose Built
        • Wall Material is Brick
        • No prefabricated or other non-standard construction type
           
      • Subject to valuers’ comments
         
      • Max loan of £275,000 If LTV > 85%
