We are unable to accept flats outside the M25 that are greater than 8 floors.
We will need an EWS1 certificate (also known as an external fire wall review) for flats 18 metres or over in height.
This will be in addition to the valuation report.
We will only lend on flats with an A1, A2 or B1 rating.
