Any customers who will be living in the property and have also contributed financially towards the purchase, must be on the mortgage.
For married customers, applications will be required to be in joint names, only exception to this is for remortgage where the spouse isn’t currently on the mortgage deeds – additional underwriting requirements maybe needed.
Persons aged 17 or over who will be living in the property must complete a deed of consent
