We accept properties of traditional and modern methods of construction (MMC), subject to warranties and saleability.
We’re unable to accept the following property types:
- Precast reinforced concrete (PRC)
- Prefabricated
- Large panel system
- Mundic concrete
- Steel frame
- In-situ poured concrete mowlem
- High alumina cement
- External walls less than 225mm in total width - unless incidental to main structure of building
- Laing easiform 1
- Grade I listed buildings and Grade II*
- Flying freehold is greater than 25%
- Properties where dry rot is identified
- Properties where essential works are required and these are estimated to be £2000 or more
