What is Beta testing?
Beta testing is a process where a product is tested by a small group of people (like you) before we release it to all of our users. Having brokers test our new tech in real life means we’re able to identify and fix problems quicker than we would be alone.
How do I join?

When will Beta testing end?
Our Beta programme runs continually, but testing is ad hoc and limited. For every feature we test, we'll keep you in the loop on how long we're testing it for, and when we're ready for your feedback.
How will I provide my feedback?
We're all ears. We'll ask for your valuable feedback and comments regularly throughout Beta testing, either during the use of a new product or via email. Our dedicated Research team are excited to hear your thoughts.
Will I be compensated?
No. Beta testing is voluntary and allows you to try out new products before they're rolled out to everyone else. We benefit from your feedback, and you get to try out the latest in mortgage tech.
How do I leave the programme?
You can update your preferences and leave the Beta programme at any time.
