Transfer of MPowered residential mortgages to Rooftop Mortgages

On 8 June 2026, MPowered’s residential mortgage portfolio will transfer to Rooftop Mortgages Limited.

The transfer relates only to MPowered’s residential mortgage portfolio. MPowered’s Buy-to-Let mortgages are not affected.

MPowered currently works with BCM Global, who manage and service your mortgage on our behalf. Rooftop Mortgages has chosen to continue working with the same servicing team at BCM Global, which means there will be no change to the day-to-day servicing of your mortgage.

What this means for you

  • Your mortgage terms and interest rate remain unchanged
  • BCM Global will continue to service your mortgage
  • Your Direct Debit and payment arrangements remain unchanged
  • You do not need to take any action
