Inherited property

We can accept applications where the customer is in the process of inheriting a property from a family member. The property must be currently be owned by the estate.

We will require the customer to:

  • Be in the process of purchasing the property from the estate.
  • Use the funds raised to pay off other beneficiaries (eg. Siblings) in order to obtain full ownership of the property.

The application must be keyed as a PURCHASE, with the funds directed to the estate to settle the remaining beneficiaries.
