For all customers we require proof of identity. We will attempt to do this electronically. Should this not be possible we will require a scanned copy of either:
- Current UK or non-UK signed Passport
- Current UK or EEA photocard Driving Licence
- UK Biometric Resident Permit
- Home Office letter/Share Code
- EEA member state Identity card
The same document cannot be used for Proof of address
All customers without permanent right to reside are required to provide documentary proof of identity
