We will consider borrowing for most purposes except: 

• Time share
• Business rated investment
• Speculative purposes e.g. Cryptocurrency, currency speculation
• Gambling
• Stocking market trading/investing
• Investments in or the purchase of a property from a PIC (Property Investment Club)
• Payment of gambling debts
• Purchase/remortgage of shared ownership property unless is to take the ownership up to 100%
• Sale and leaseback properties 

Please note that debt consolidation is limited to 80% LTV
